Meta is hiring a Finance Manager for its x-RL Finance cross-team within the Finance & Business Planning organization. The role leads cross-team ownership for a key Reality Labs vertical, develops standardized processes, leads close and forecast cycles, supports the annual budget process, drives systems and financial planning initiatives, and partners with FP&A, consolidation, corporate FP&A, accounting, technical accounting, and enterprise engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of relevant experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with financial planning systems.
