AWE is hiring a Finance Manager - Statutory Reporting in Reading to lead financial accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial compliance, and finance systems. The role includes preparing and analysing annual reports and accounts, researching transactions, managing lease accounting under IFRS, overseeing external audits, submitting MOD reporting returns, and developing ESG and TCFD reporting. It requires a professional accounting qualification, advanced Excel, audit experience, IFRS knowledge, and at least two years of post-qualification financial and technical accounting experience. The position offers hybrid working, a 9-day fortnight, and a salary of £46,220–£70,000 per year.
