Description
This is a Finance Manager Trainee position in Mexico. The successful candidate will participate in a regional trainee program for 12-18 months, involving various modules in their home country and potentially other Latin American countries. After completing the program, the candidate will be considered for a Finance Manager position in their country of origin or where an opportunity exists. The role involves financial functions such as Cost Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Human Resources, and Corporate reporting under IFRS standards. Responsibilities include overseeing the finance and accounts function, leading the local F&A team, and acting as a Finance business partner, including financial accounting, reporting, business performance review, risk management, and process improvements.
