One Acre Fund is hiring for a finance role in Jinja, Uganda to support the Uganda program with financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, grants management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The position involves leading forecasts and financial models, monthly reporting and budget-vs-actual analysis, donor grant budgeting and compliance, tax filings, audit support, and strengthening financial controls. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, over four years of relevant finance/consulting/advisory experience, ACCA or CPA(U), experience managing multi-currency grants, and proficiency with Power BI, Google Sheets, and Excel modeling. The role is a two-year contract renewable to a permanent role based on performance, with health insurance, housing, and comprehensive benefits.
