Gibson Dunn is hiring a Finance & Accounting Analyst to support its Central Billing function in Los Angeles, Orange County, New York, or Washington D.C. The role reports to the Legal Finance Operations Manager and focuses on partner work-in-progress and on-account inventory management, aging reviews, reconciliations, write-offs, transfers, billing and collections opportunities, and coordination with Finance, Collections, New Matters, and Pricing teams. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, at least two years of legal billing, pricing, or finance experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. The annual compensation range is $70,000–$95,000, with health care, retirement benefits, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and discretionary performance-based bonuses.
