UW Medicine is hiring a Finance Operations and UWP Provider Incentive Program Manager to oversee quarterly and semi-annual incentive programs for approximately 4,000 UW Physicians while improving finance processes across payroll, budgeting, management reporting, and tax-related workstreams. The role leads automation and workflow improvements, develops financial models and dashboards, supports financial analysis and reporting, oversees training and standard operating procedures, and serves as the lead Finance Robotics Process Automation business analyst liaison. It is a regular, full-time day-shift position requiring a bachelor's degree, at least five years of progressively complex financial accounting experience, three or more years of supervisory or lead experience, and advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
