Description
The Finance Operations Lead will oversee group-wide financial operations in a manufacturing environment, leading a five-person finance operations team and managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls, audits, working capital, manufacturing cost allocations, inventory valuation, tax obligations, ERP process improvement, and team development. The role requires at least eight years of finance operations experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
