Description
Howden is hiring a permanent Finance Operations Manager in Milton Keynes to lead end-to-end Accounts Payable, employee expenses, and corporate card operations across multiple entities and geographies. The role manages operational teams and outsourced providers, oversees supplier payments and reconciliations, maintains financial controls and compliance, leads automation and process improvement, and produces operational reporting. Candidates need at least five years of finance operations, Accounts Payable, or shared services experience, team leadership experience, ERP and finance technology experience, and advanced Excel skills; offshore or shared services, transformation, and automation experience are desirable.
