Description
Lassie is hiring its first finance hire to build the company’s financial operations from the ground up. The role owns key-metric reporting, the financial operating model, scenario planning, monthly close, financial statements, FP&A, fundraising support, and scalable AI-native finance infrastructure across accounting, forecasting, spend management, and payroll. It also includes strategic work on pricing, sales commissions, and revenue operations. The role requires hands-on experience building operating models, closing books, managing vendors and payroll, translating financial insights for non-finance audiences, and implementing finance systems; fundraising, outsourced-to-in-house accounting, and revenue-operations experience are preferred.
