Description
Merlin is hiring a Finance Operations Manager to build and automate quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, develop revenue and operating expense forecasting, establish financial controls and workflows, support financial planning and budgeting, and eventually assume full P&L ownership of an assigned product line. The role requires 10+ years of progressive finance experience, hands-on process and model-building, familiarity with ASC 606, and a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. It is based on-site at Merlin HQ in Boston, Massachusetts, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
