Superpower is hiring a Finance Operations Manager to own the company’s financial operations and strategy as an integrated system. The role partners with executives and functions across Growth, Operations, Engineering, Product, and the executive team; it includes financial planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, cost analysis, board and investor reporting, payroll, and AP/AR process improvement. The position is hands-on, embedded in the business, and offers visa sponsorship and relocation support to the United States for qualified candidates.
