Description
Base is hiring a Finance Partner to own the economics of battery installations and field service from factory to home, including install and service forecasts, unit-cost modeling, logistics, permitting, truck rolls, parts, warranty reserves, and the 10+ year fleet lifecycle. The role partners with deployments and field-service leadership, validates numbers in the field, uses AI and operational data, and requires 3–7 years of relevant finance or operations experience, strong Excel and SQL skills, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
