RSM USI is hiring a Finance Performance Supervisor in India to lead and oversee management consulting projects for finance organizations. The role covers finance transformation, business process improvement, shared services, technology enablement, project delivery, quality control, business development, cross-selling, industry research, service development, and mentorship of junior resources and peers. Candidates should have substantial experience in a Big 4 or large organization, knowledge of finance processes and digital delivery tools, and the ability to travel to the United States for short-term meetings or workshops.
