ROSSMANN is hiring a Finance Process Analyst to capture, analyze, model, and redesign end-to-end finance processes across departments and systems. The role translates business requirements into user stories and specifications, designs future-proof processes, evaluates technical solutions, supports implementation and go-live, and collaborates with IT, enterprise architecture, Product Owners, developers, and finance stakeholders. Candidates need a university degree or equivalent professional knowledge, 3–5 years of finance or IT experience, process-modeling expertise, and familiarity with finance ERP systems or related technologies.
