ROSSMANN is hiring a Finance Process Analyst in Burgwedel to capture, analyze, model, and redesign end-to-end finance processes across business and IT boundaries. The role translates business requirements into user stories and specifications, designs target processes and technical solutions, supports implementation and go-live, and coordinates with program leads, Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, developers, and finance stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience, 3–5 years of finance or IT experience, process-modeling expertise, and familiarity with finance ERP systems or related technologies.
