Description
Micron is hiring a Finance Process Intelligence Manager to lead the process intelligence strategy for Finance, establish end-to-end process visibility across Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Record to Report, and drive adoption and value realization of Celonis, SAP Signavio, and UiPath. The role translates process insights into automation, agentic use cases, re-engineering, and control improvements; partners with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT; defines process KPIs and executive dashboards; enables self-service insights; and advises Global Process Owners and Finance leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 3+ years, plus hands-on process intelligence experience, Finance and ERP knowledge, and strong executive communication skills.
