Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Finance Process Intelligence Manager to lead process intelligence planning across Finance, establish visibility across Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Record to Report, and drive adoption of Celonis, SAP Signavio, and UiPath. The role translates process insights into automation, agentic use cases, re-engineering, and control improvements; partners with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams; defines metrics and dashboards; enables self-service insights; and advises Finance leadership on performance optimization and transformation priorities. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree with over five years of experience or a master’s degree with more than three years of experience, along with process-mining tool experience, Finance and ERP knowledge, and strong executive communication skills.
