Wise is hiring a Finance Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for its backend accounting infrastructure. The role owns the General Ledger databases, backend processing microservices, ERP platforms, data integrity controls, and systems supporting real-time reconciliation and assurance across 50+ countries. It requires 5–6 years of hands-on product management experience, strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities, and the capacity to engage with engineers on ledger architecture, data models, and event-sourcing patterns. Finance, payments, treasury, accounting, SOX, or third-party finance systems experience is preferred. The base salary is £93,000–£148,000, with RSUs and other benefits.
