BlueOptima is seeking a Finance professional to join their Finance team in Bangalore. This role focuses on establishing and enhancing the Financial Reporting function, collaborating with middle and senior management to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and process improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing books of account, conducting period-end closures, preparing financial statements, overseeing audits, and generating management reporting decks.
