T5 Data Centers is hiring a Finance Project Controls professional to provide financial and contractual oversight for construction projects. The role manages budgets, commitments, forecasts, change orders, invoices, pay applications, and financial reporting; reviews contracts; structures projects in Procore; identifies financial risks; and supports operations, finance, and client stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 4–8 years of similar experience, strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, and proficiency with Excel, financial management software, and Procore or similar project management tools. An MBA or related experience is a plus, and the role requires computer-based work and occasional travel to customer locations.
