Description
The Finance Project Manager will lead high-priority Finance department projects for Paris Asset Management, principally integrating a Private Equity asset-management entity into Lazard’s finance processes and reporting structures under US GAAP and French GAAP. The role covers project planning, stakeholder coordination, accounting and consolidation integration, management control, tax reporting, financial closes, budget and forecasting, regulatory capital and cash controls, documentation, and interim operational accounting and reporting. Candidates need a Finance Master or equivalent, at least five years of finance experience, ideally audit and asset-management controlling experience, knowledge of French and US or IFRS GAAP, consolidation, Microsoft Office, project management, analytical, organizational, communication, English, and French-language skills.
