Description
The Senior Advisor, Finance will serve as the organization's foremost expert and senior consultant on financial management, budget strategy, fiscal compliance, financial systems, and resource allocation for submarine and undersea programs. The role leads multi-appropriation budgets, financial risk mitigation, contracting frameworks, audit readiness, and financial briefings for senior leadership and congressional committees, while reporting to the DRPM Submarines Chief Operating Officer. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, eligible for federal employment, obtain and maintain a security clearance, and achieve Business-Financial Management Advanced certification and Financial Management Level III certification within prescribed timelines.
