Description
BCG is hiring a senior Record-to-Report leader to provide end-to-end leadership for global finance operations, including general ledger, period-end close, balance-sheet governance, financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, leases, intangibles, controls, and reporting. The role will build and develop a team of approximately 10–14 RTR professionals, drive standardization and automation, manage operational performance, and support finance transformation and operating-model changes. Candidates need a finance or accounting degree, 14+ years of progressive experience, significant RTR and financial controllership experience in a complex multinational environment, and strong ERP, accounting, and leadership capabilities. The role generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
