Baker Hughes is seeking a Finance Senior Specialist - FP&A Operations to join their Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team. This role focuses on providing robust financial controllership and strategic financial support during the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) phase, with a strong emphasis on Free Cash Flow (FCF) conversion, operational performance, and business decision support. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance, analyze key performance indicators, manage cash flow, forecast working capital, and contribute to strategic financial analytics.
