Catalis is hiring an in-person Finance Service Representative in its Jacksonville, Florida office to handle prepaid and/or college savings program transactions, customer service, recordkeeping, reconciliation, payment exceptions, plan changes, and quality reviews. The role also involves training and cross-training team members and requires at least one year of transactional experience in ICSS or a comparable industry, along with analytical, communication, Excel, and workflow-management skills.
