Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Finance Shared Services Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee invoice creation and distribution, customer payment application, overdue-account collection, billing disputes, insurance-broker relationships, global OTC credit and collections processes, receivables reporting, month-end AR reconciliation, and AR team leadership. The role requires CICM certification, practical experience with third-party insurance coverage for uncollectible invoices, global OTC and credit and collections knowledge, and intermediate MS Excel and ERP skills; shared services, MNC, luxury, and FMCG experience are desirable.
