The Finance Shared Services Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, data modeling, reporting, and financial transparency. The role involves reconciling data, generating and maintaining financial reports, analyzing data for corporate needs, communicating financial information to business partners, and working with Netsuite, OneStream, and other financial systems. It requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, flexible hours across US and Asian time zones, and the ability to work independently.
