The role partners with executive leadership on forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, business cases, performance management, investment decisions, risk analysis, and data-driven insights. It also leads and develops a Finance Business Partner Manager and promotes digital innovation, automation, and analytics. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, significant finance or business-partnering experience, fluent Japanese and English, and preferably healthcare or life sciences experience.
