AbbVie is hiring a Finance Lead/Supervisor to drive financial planning and analysis for the Product Development, Science & Technology business unit within Operations Finance. The role prepares variance analysis, management reporting, month-end close support, capital planning, and ad hoc analysis; partners with business leaders, Finance Shared Services, and Operations FP&A; and provides insights into business performance and risk. A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, at least six years of progressive related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel are required, while CPA or MBA and SAP, BPC, and Power BI knowledge are preferred.
