Klipboard is hiring a Finance Support Analyst to join its Global Support team in Johannesburg. The role provides application support for the Klipboard ERP software, focusing on finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, VAT/tax, and period-end processing. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer issues, managing incidents and service requests, performing root-cause analysis, documenting solutions, and supporting financial reporting and configuration. The position requires accounting knowledge, Excel, ITIL, troubleshooting, and communication skills; it follows a hybrid policy with three office days and two remote days, and requires support analysts to work three standard shifts.
