Klipboard is hiring a Finance Support Analyst to join its Global Support team in Johannesburg. The role provides application support for the KCS software’s finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, VAT/tax, and period-end processing. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving financial application issues, managing incidents and service requests, performing root-cause analysis, assisting with financial reporting and configuration, and contributing to knowledge-base documentation. The position requires accounting knowledge, Excel, ITIL, troubleshooting, and communication skills; desirable qualifications include ERP experience, ITIL Foundation certification, and ServiceNow experience. The role is based in Tankersley, Barnsley, with a three-days-in-office, two-days-from-home hybrid arrangement and three rotating shifts.
