Civica is hiring a Finance Systems Analyst to support and improve finance technology, including ERP and FP&A systems. The role partners with finance and business stakeholders, gathers requirements, develops reports, tests enhancements, maintains system integrity, reconciles financial data, and identifies automation and process-improvement opportunities. Advanced Excel, data analysis, management accounting knowledge, and strong communication are required; Workday Adaptive Planning, a relevant bachelor's degree, and experience in a collaborative environment are desirable. The position offers flexible work from home and occasional office attendance.
