Description
Monks is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to administer and optimise NetSuite ERP and other finance technology systems. The role handles user support, ticketing, basic troubleshooting, system administration, upgrades, testing, reporting, process improvements, and documentation, while coordinating with finance teams, technical teams, and external consultants. It is APAC focused, with support for global enquiries during local time zones, and requires hands-on NetSuite experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
