The Finance Systems Data Assistant reports to the Finance Systems Manager and maintains master data for suppliers and customers, including account set-ups and amendments, bank-detail verifications, system imports, query management, procurement-system data management, reporting, and training new recruits. The role requires analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, strong Excel knowledge, an interest in finance and business controls, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
