Description
The Service to Cash (Retail) Team Member will support Heathrow Airport’s Finance team by processing and maintaining retail concessionaire accounts, performing reconciliations across systems, completing month-end processing, managing stakeholder queries, supporting sales-data collection, and contributing to process improvement. The role requires numeracy, analytical and investigative skills, attention to detail, communication ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organisational skills; previous transactional finance or revenue-management experience is advantageous but full training is provided. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
