Description

Airalo is hiring a Finance Transformation Lead to modernize its finance function and own the ERP implementation, process automation, month-end close, controllership, SOX-lite, data, dashboards, and standardized reporting programs. Reporting to the CFO, the role will act as the finance PMO and process architect, manage complex cross-functional workstreams and external advisors, and embed AI and automation into finance operations. The position is remote and available to candidates in Spain or the United Kingdom, with full-time permanent employment in both locations.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Qualified accountant with CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification, or a Big 4 or consulting transformation background
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of finance experience leading large-scale finance transformations
End-to-end ERP implementation leadership with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Process re-engineering and automation across O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A
Controllership and controls experience including SOX, SOX-lite, ITGC, and audit readiness
Program and change-management experience managing multi-workstream roadmaps with external advisors and internal stakeholders
Influence and credibility with senior stakeholders inside and outside finance
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telecom, MVNO, SaaS, marketplace, or usage-based revenue models
Experience embedding AI and automation into finance processes
Familiarity with modern data and BI tooling and finance data architecture
Multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdiction experience; M&A integration
