Description
The Finance Transformation Manager will lead business process analysis, requirements definition, cost and cycle-time remediation, reporting, and change management for clients transforming finance and operations functions. The role includes engagement management, business development, client relationship management, project delivery, staff coaching, and meeting utilization and sales targets. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of consulting or related finance experience, an industry-recognized professional certification, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 30%. The base salary range is $147,200 to $196,880.
