Description
Modulr is hiring a Finance Transformation Manager in Mumbai to lead end-to-end finance transformation, systems change, project governance, NetSuite implementation, and operational improvement across financial control, FP&A, finance operations, payroll, billing, and treasury. The role reports to the Director of Financial Control, supports the CFO and finance leadership, manages vendors and external advisers, embeds controls and risk management, and builds stakeholder and Finance team capability. Candidates need proven experience delivering finance change and systems projects, strong project management and finance process knowledge, and ideally experience with NetSuite, new-entity setups, regulated financial services, or fintech environments.
