Getnet is hiring a Finance Transformation Process & Technology Analyst in Boadilla del Monte to map, document, redesign, and standardize end-to-end finance processes across domains such as R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury, reporting, controls, intercompany, reconciliations, and close management. The role translates finance needs into technology requirements, evaluates ERP, workflow, process mining, RPA, analytics, and AI opportunities, and coordinates delivery across finance, technology, data, operations, risk, compliance, and local teams. Candidates need at least four years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, fluent English and Spanish, and the ability to work 60% on-site in a hybrid model.
