Amazon is hiring a Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead cross-functional finance transformation programs that improve process efficiency, reporting, analytics, and decision-making. The role partners with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders; translates business and technical requirements into scalable process and system solutions; evaluates and embeds artificial intelligence and machine learning tools; and communicates program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy and delivery. The position is available in New York and Bellevue, Washington, with annual base salaries of $127,200–$185,000 in New York and $115,600–$160,000 in Bellevue.
