Unity Advisory is hiring a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale finance transformation programmes across process, data, and technology. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages CFO-level client relationships, shapes finance operating models, oversees ERP, EPM, automation, data platforms and AI-enabled analytics, manages commercial risk, presents to executive and board stakeholders, contributes to business development, and develops managers and junior team members. Candidates need at least eight years of finance transformation experience, senior client relationship experience, expertise in ERP and EPM platforms, and a finance or accounting qualification.
