Saltmarsh is hiring a full-time Financial Advisor to expand its investment and wealth advisory practice in the Greater Tampa market, with Greater Orlando also under consideration. The role focuses on developing new business, managing and growing a book of business, serving high-net-worth clients, delivering integrated financial planning and investment advice, and maintaining compliance. Candidates need a Series 65 or 66 license, a CFP or CFA designation or comparable industry designation, a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of financial-services experience, and a significant book of business or proven practice-building experience. The position is based in Saltmarsh’s Greater Tampa office, with an expectation of consistent in-office presence, particularly early in the role, and offers a bi-weekly base salary, revenue sharing, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
