The role serves current and potential members with deposit and investment products, complex lending, account and insurance services, and financial advice or referrals, while managing a member portfolio, supporting branch sales and referral goals, and completing administrative duties such as estate administration, loan applications, credit investigations, and follow-up calls. The position requires a two-year college or technical school diploma or equivalent education and experience, a Mutual Funds License, two years of Member Advisor experience or equivalent, and completion of the bank’s role-specific certification program.
