The Municipality of Soest is hiring a Financial Advisor, Physical Living Environment to advise budget holders, budget managers, project leaders, and policy advisors on financial direction and control. The role covers budget preparation, analysis, monitoring, forecasting, variance identification, investment and management-plan advice, policy financial consequences, and project and program financial control. It requires higher professional education, an education in finance, control, business economics, or accountancy, and at least three years of experience as a financial advisor or controller in a municipal organization. The position offers a salary of up to €6,022 gross per month, hybrid working, and a permanent employment contract preceded by a one-year contract.
