Lincoln Tech is hiring a full-time Financial Aid Advisor for its New Britain campus to guide career-focused students through the financial aid process, including applications and Title IV clearance. The role manages student information systems and electronic files, supports new, veteran, and agency students, participates in campus orientations, and collaborates with FA Managers and Regional Directors. Candidates need at least one year of current higher-education financial aid experience, Title IV funding and compliance knowledge, strong communication and data-management skills, and an associate's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
