The University of Southern California’s Office of Financial Aid is hiring a Financial Aid Program Manager I to provide operational leadership for an assigned financial aid program or unit. The role supervises and develops staff, oversees financial aid packaging, processing, compliance, budgets, disbursements, data quality, reporting, and complex student cases, while counseling students, families, and campus partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience, and lead or supervisory experience in financial aid counseling; preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, financial aid program management experience, knowledge of federal and institutional policies, and experience with financial aid systems and data-driven program improvement. The salary range is $84,000 to $94,000.
