International Paper is hiring a salaried full-time Financial Analyst in Salinas and Gilroy, California, with a pay range of $65,800 to $87,700. The role supports the Controller by analyzing operational results, customer profitability, capital projects, budgets, forecasts, and incentive plans; preparing journal vouchers and participating in month-end close; maintaining internal controls and accounting procedures; and supporting plant financial reporting and payroll-related activities. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of accounting or finance experience; manufacturing experience is desirable.
