PacSci EMC is hiring a Financial Analyst for its Hollister, California team. The role supports aerospace and defense programs by communicating financial performance and targets, analyzing variances, performing ad hoc strategic and operational analysis, and partnering with accounting, finance, operations, supply chain, program management, pricing, and contracts teams on forecasts and budgets. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience, strong Excel and financial modeling or data analytics skills, and U.S. citizenship due to ITAR regulations.
