M/I Homes is hiring for a finance and operations analyst role supporting homebuilding business-plan modeling, projection reporting, land and lot procurement processes, backlog management, deposits and purchase documents, land change orders, lot contract true-up analysis, pricing changes, and subdivision operations reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or 2–5 years of relevant financial analyst experience, advanced Excel and data-management skills, strong organization, independence, and a routine-oriented work style in an office environment with flexible start times and an expected 40–45-hour workweek.
