Citadel is hiring a Financial Analyst for its Finance team in Exton, Pennsylvania. The role reports to the VP of FP&A and focuses on month-end financial reporting and analysis, including loan loss allowance calculations, financial forecasting, variance analysis, product and segment analysis, collections reporting, NCUA compliance reporting, and dashboards. The analyst will support marketing investment analysis and new product evaluation across business lines. Candidates need at least three years of relevant financial analysis or equivalent experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, strong Excel proficiency, and knowledge of financial theory and basic economics.
